This Food Innovation Digital Executive Program is designed to empower and advance the careers of forward thinking professionals already active in the food industry and help them to drive the transition toward the Sustainable Development Framework.
The experience extracts the essential elements of the Food Innovation Program into core learnings specifically tailored to participants, providing useful methods and tools that aim to impact professional, organizational and, above all, personal growth.
Humans have caused major climate changes to happen already, and we have set in motion more changes still. Even if we stopped emitting greenhouse gases today, global warming would continue to happen for at least several more decades: there is a time lag between what we do and when we feel it.
But it may not be too late to avoid or limit some of the worst effects of climate change. Responding to it will involve a two-tier approach. Both “Mitigation” – reducing the flow of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere; and “adaptation” – learning to live with, and adapt to, climate change that has already been set in motion, will be needed in the next decade and we need to be prepared.
In these Executive Program “Food Innovation” is on center stage. This makes these programs unique. Participants are encouraged to include food choices, solutions, experiences and exponential technologies in fighting climate change. They learn to take a holistic approach and look at systemic solutions.
This program will involve corporate audience with specific expertise on the Food Industry who want to learn and capitalize their knowledge on the FoodTech Industry.
This one is an intensive program designed for those who want to make a significant change to their career or start a FoodTech project in this sector.
The executive program is an essential tool for global and local businesses to nurture leadership talent. It offers executives in the food industry new knowledge and insights to enhance skills. It gives them the opportunity gain new perspectives, and develop systemic thinking to deal with the complexity and unintended consequences of our global food supply chain.
This program is for managers with a minimum of 5 years of working experience.
Participants have different industry and functional backgrounds and come from different cultural contexts: public organisations, stakeholders in (re-designing) the food system; green entrepreneurs, change makers, that will thrive in building new entities that have a positive impact on the SDG’s; corporate organizations that want to make a positive impact in their Food ecosystem.
The program is also suitable for teams engaged in digital transformation.
The boot camp is a part time-time program involving participants in 7 weekends [2 per months] enriched with “open conversations” with special international guests, self-paced masterclasses, mentoring sessions, and project work and design challenges.
Instructor-paced classes are concentrated on weekends, divided into two 5-hour sessions [on Friday afternoon and Saturday on Sunday Morning], for two weekends a month. A total of 70 hours of lessons in presence.

The Masterclass are self-paced courses and you can progress through the course at your own speed.
The Conversations are instructor-paced: they follow a schedule that the faculty sets, generally they include guests, and assignments that have specific due dates.

Environment – Innovating food production models based on climate-conscious and smart marine, land and non-soil systems.
Production – Discovering new technologies for the domestic and industrial transformation of food products; playing, co-designing and prototyping about the role of “food” and its lifecycle in the modern society: the epicenter of the Circular Systems.
Access – Finding the best solutions against malnutrition and creating new tools to guarantee food safety;
Nourishment – Experimenting with healthy and nutritious food, by preserving our culture and improving the food experience, strengthening biodiversity ;
Eating Lifestyle – Conceiving and enhancing the Food Experience through a focus on UX in new spaces and models of consumption;
Awareness – Exploiting the potential of data to implement business growth
Participation Fee: 2.500 euro including taxes
If you are a delegate from the one of the Future Food Institute’s Corporate Affiliated partners, an alumnus/a of FIP, FFI/FAO boot camp, FF/YTA, or applying as part of an NGO, a startup, or a non-profit organization, you are entitled to the reduced participation fee, and the fee for one boot camp is 1.500 euro.

Is there an Early Bird rate? Yes. If you sign up before May 1st you will get 25% off – the Early Bird rate. If you sign after you will pay the standard tuition.
