“Semi di Futuro” is the first Future Food Lab “atelier” realized thanks to the ministerial grant D.M. n. 157 of 11 March. 2016 in the Istituto Comprensivo 5, a public school in Bologna. In the heart of the neighborhood “Bolognina”, “Semi di Futuro” is a lab born to promote the cultural integration, critical thinking, and creative learning by starting from food and the culinary traditions of children.
